Welcome to Find82! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Find82 website located at find82.com ("Website") and the Find82 mobile application ("App"). Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our services. By using the Website and App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Platte County, Missouri, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

8. No Waiver

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Find82's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
